Bendall & Mednick is a small law firm that is accustomed to working on big cases. We attempt to achieve quality results by employing modern and sophisticated  methods coupled with old-fashioned hard work and dedication and personal attention.  We believe that it is a reasonable expectation for a client to get to interact with an actual lawyer, commencing with the initial interview and continuing through to the completion of the case. We employ competent and experienced assistants to assist with the management of our files. We get results for our clients one case at a time. We practice in two primary geographic areas. The Capital District of Upstate New York has been our home since Jim Bendall first began practicing law in the early 1970s. The Metro Atlanta region has been home to our Georgia office since 1996. We have handled cases in a number of other states on a case by case basis with either special admission in each of those jurisdictions or by engagement with local counsel.

Word of mouth is the foundation of any firm's reputation. Better than a slick television commercial or a fancy website, a number and name provided by a trusted friend or co-worker is the way that most people prefer to select a lawyer. For many years we have been a firm to which other lawyers refer their cases. The trust that our clients and others in the legal community have placed in us is a trust that has been earned through decades of experience in representing injured victims. We are real lawyers representing real people who have real  injuries which have impacted on their lives in real and significant ways. Not all lawyers choose to practice the way that we do. We simply feel that it is the best way for our clients.
