The Capital District of Upstate New York has been our home since Jim Bendall first began practicing law in the early 1970s. The Metro Atlanta region has been home to our Georgia office since 1996. We have handled cases in a number of other states on a case by case basis with either special admission in each of those jurisdictions or by engagement with local counsel.<br></p><p>Word of mouth is the foundation of any firm’s reputation.
